Divorce, Custody, & Family Transition Support
Feeling overwhelmed?
Afraid of the future?
Don’t know what to do first?
Concerned about your children?
Wondering how it will all turn out?
You don’t have to navigate this alone. Divorce and custody disputes affect every part of your life, not just the legal process. The decisions you make now can influence your finances, your children, your peace of mind, and your future.
How Coaching Can Help
Dawn White, through DGW Business Services LLC, provides reflective, structured support for individuals navigating divorce, co-parenting, custody concerns, and family transitions.
As your coach and thinking partner, I can help you:
Gain clarity before making important decisions
Reduce overwhelm and mental clutter
Organize thoughts and priorities
Prepare for productive conversations with your attorney or other professionals
Strengthen communication with your co-parent or former spouse
Stay aligned with your values, even during conflict
Develop intentional next steps with confidence
Coaching is not legal advice, therapy, financial advising, or crisis intervention.
Ways We Can Work Together
*
Ways We Can Work Together *
There are several options for how we can work together.
Option 1 — Single Support Session
Best For:
Immediate support needs
Isolated concerns or decision points
Clients seeking occasional support
Mediation or meeting preparation
Clients not currently needing ongoing coaching
Option 2 — Ongoing Monthly Support
Includes:
Up to four (4) scheduled coaching sessions per month at a discounted hourly rate
Reserved recurring scheduling priority
Brief text/email support between sessions
Continuity of support throughout the month
Ongoing reflection, awareness, and accountability support
Option to purchase additional sessions in the month at the discounted hourly rate
Support Coordinated with Attorneys
Coaching can be coordinated with an attorney in the following ways:
Option 1 — Attorney-Referred Client Support
In some situations, clients may be referred by attorneys for independent coaching support.
Under this structure:
the client remains the coaching client of DGW Business Services,
and communication with attorneys occurs only with client authorization.
Option 2 — Attorney-Integrated Support Model
In select situations, I may work directly with a law firm or attorney as part of an attorney-integrated support structure.
Under this arrangement:
the attorney or law firm retains DGW Business Services,
billing structures are determined between the attorney and DGW Business Services,
and services may vary depending on the needs of the matter.
All services remain within the scope of coaching support, organization, reflection, and communication awareness.
I do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
Any attorney-integrated support remains subject to the direction and oversight of the retaining attorney.
Attorney-integrated arrangements are customized based on the needs and structure of the individual law practice.
How to Engage
*
How to Engage *
Step 1 — Schedule a Complimentary Discovery & Clarity Consultation
New clients begin with a complimentary 45-minute Discovery & Clarity Consultation to:
discuss current concerns and areas of support,
determine whether coaching is an appropriate fit,
review available support options,
and answer questions about the coaching process.
Following the consultation, clients may choose:
a single support session,
an ongoing monthly support package,
an attorney-integrated support model, if appropriate.
Step 2 — Select a Support Option
Once a coaching structure is selected:
intake and agreement forms will be provided,
scheduling will be confirmed,
and payment arrangements will be completed prior to the first session, unless the attorney-integrated support model applies.
Step 3 — Begin Coaching
Coaching sessions are conducted virtually unless otherwise arranged.
Clients are encouraged to approach coaching with openness, curiosity, reflection, and a willingness to explore intentional next steps aligned with their values and goals.
Meet Your Coach
As a Divorce Coach, I provide thoughtful, structured support to help you slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.
Throughout my career, I’ve helped people navigate complexity and make difficult decisions.
Whether mentoring future leaders or working alongside individuals experiencing family transition, one theme has remained constant: people make their best decisions when they have space to think clearly and someone to help them process the path ahead.
For nearly three decades, I've worked in leadership, education, and organizational development, helping people navigate change, solve complex problems, and make thoughtful decisions. Those experiences continue to shape the way I approach coaching today.
Mutual Commitment
Clients are encouraged to approach each session with:
Openness and honesty
Curiosity and willingness to reflect
Personal responsibility for decisions and outcomes
Respect for the coaching process and boundaries
A willingness to explore intentional next steps aligned with their values and goals
An understanding that coaching is most effective when approached as an active and collaborative process rather than a passive service
As your coach, I am committed to providing:
A supportive and non-judgmental coaching environment
Reflective listening and thoughtful inquiry
Professionalism and confidentiality within the scope of coaching
Respect for client autonomy and self-determination
Structured support designed to foster clarity, awareness, organization, and intentional decision-making
A collaborative, respectful relationship focused on helping clients move through transition with confidence
Client Experience
“I was recently going through a custody battle in an effort to prevent my ex-husband from gaining full custody and relocating our daughter out of state. Dawn helped me stay grounded and organized and provided the emotional support to manage my stress and make intentional decisions during an extremely stressful and scary time.
She worked with my attorney to provide a comprehensive support system and team approach that has made a huge impact on our family's sanity.”
